Key responsibilities include generating and disseminating real-time labor market intelligence, supporting the implementation of effective recruitment strategies—such as social media outreach—and providing guidance on best practices and resources to enhance employee retention.
Additional duties involve analyzing skill gaps within the current workforce, facilitating and administering employer-based training programs such as On the Job Training (OJT), Customized Job Training (CJT), and Incumbent Worker Training (IWT), all in line with federal and state policies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and strong digital literacy for accurate data entry are required.
