SUMMARY

San Francisco government seeks a vendor for weekly bar card printing, personalization, and mailing services to attorney licensees.

DESCRIPTION

The government authority in San Francisco, California is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive bar card printing services. This includes design, production, personalization, collation, and mailing of cards using specific names supplied by the authority. Personalization and mailings are required to be performed weekly.

The cards must be produced in three colors—PMS 7706, PMS 445 (blue), and black—on 20 mil white vinyl stock, and cut to dimensions of 3-3/8" (width) by 2-1/8" (height) with rounded corners. Each card should include a white signature strip on the bottom of the back, enabling users to permanently affix signatures. Mail hygiene software must be used to manage mailings, where cards not meeting software criteria (except for punctuation or zip code extensions) should be mailed separately to attorney licensees.

Vendors are required to submit any questions regarding the RFP no later than April 6, 2026.
