A government authority in Vancouver, British Columbia, is seeking a vendor to provide capital project procurement services, focusing on delivering exceptional, member-centric customer service. The selected provider will be responsible for understanding the unique requirements of each member and delivering flexible solutions that enhance administrative, research, and academic activities through efficient and supportive processes.
Scope of work includes leading assigned service engagements from initiation to completion, applying appropriate methodologies and ensuring professional standards are upheld. The vendor will be required to develop and manage engagement documentation—such as plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and reporting artifacts—as well as design and facilitate stakeholder engagement processes for informed and transparent decision-making. Additional responsibilities include supporting transition and close-out activities, managing schedules and budgets, overseeing contract administration, and ensuring documentation control throughout the procurement and project management delivery lifecycle.
The contract period for these services will be three years. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted no later than March 27, 2026.
