DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Lafayette, Colorado is seeking a vendor to provide capital project management and bond program implementation services. The selected team will serve as the primary resource for all aspects of project management and bond program implementation associated with the 2025 facility capital improvement bond program.

Responsibilities include program and project management leadership across program planning, budgeting, management, and oversight. The program encompasses three capital facility projects to be constructed in two phases: renovations and expansions of the Burger Recreation Center and the Service Center. The chosen vendor will ensure successful execution and coordination of all related activities from inception to completion.
