DESCRIPTION


The government authority in North Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide capital fund custodial services. The selected firm will be responsible for maintaining collateral accounts and processing a variety of transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan loss payments, and fund transfers. The vendor must develop and implement an investment strategy that aligns with the agency's objectives, risk tolerance, and cash flow needs.

Comprehensive reporting is required on at least a monthly and annual basis, detailing fund transactions, investment performance, current balances, and additional information upon request.
