DESCRIPTION
A client is seeking a vendor to provide a software-as-a-service (SaaS) capital planning tool for comprehensive asset management and infrastructure planning. The solution should enable the modeling of asset management scenarios, creation of capital budget scenarios, and development of long-term asset replacement schedules. The tool must offer advanced analytics, optimized lifecycle planning, and risk assessment functionalities to support the development and prioritization of a defensible, asset-based capital plan.
The proposed software should be capable of integrating with a SQL data warehouse containing extensive asset data, including financial attributes, inventory, and condition information, drawn from existing source systems. Integration with a geographic information system (GIS) is required for visualizing asset locations and associated characteristics. The tool must support both Microsoft SQL and Oracle databases, and the offering should include both BI dashboard tool licenses and read-only licenses, with hosting on Microsoft Azure. The contract period will be for one year. All vendor questions are to be submitted by May 11, 2026.
