DESCRIPTION


The city of Michigan seeks a vendor to develop and maintain a comprehensive software platform for managing its marijuana licensing program. The system should streamline and automate licensing and renewal processes for various marijuana licenses, enabling efficient administration by city staff.

Required platform features include an online application portal, workflow automation, document management, payment integration, renewal and expiration management, robust reporting and analytics, user management, and integration capabilities. The system must be Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant. Additional requirements cover user acceptance testing, deployment, training, ongoing maintenance and support, and overall project management.

The initial contract will span two years. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted no later than May 11, 2026.
