DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will develop and implement a cannabis and substance misuse prevention and education program targeted at individuals who are pregnant, may become pregnant, or who are breastfeeding or chest feeding. The scope of work includes creating a cohesive campaign brand, identifying channels to improve visibility, and producing educational resources and materials to engage the intended audiences.

The contractor will also be responsible for training and providing technical assistance to agency staff, ensuring effective implementation and long-term utilization of the developed tools. Additionally, the project involves planning, launching, and supporting the program, as well as strategies to ensure program sustainability beyond the contract’s one-year duration.
