The State of North Dakota is seeking a vendor to provide an enterprise Candidate Engagement Platform (CEP) solution that will integrate with Oracle PeopleSoft Recruit Solutions, which will continue to serve as the system of record for all recruitment-related activities. The CEP solution must be fully functional and production-ready, offering features including career site capabilities, candidate engagement and CRM functionalities, communication tools such as two-way texting and campaign management, job distribution, resume and profile parsing, and comprehensive reporting and analytics.
The selected contractor will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and supporting the integration between the CEP and Oracle PeopleSoft Recruit Solutions through vendor-supported and upgrade-safe methods. Required integration elements include synchronization of candidate data, job openings, applications, user profiles, and workflow statuses. The platform must provide a mobile-optimized career site, robust CRM and engagement features, effective communication tools, detailed reporting capabilities, and should include role-based training and knowledge transfer for relevant stakeholders.
