DESCRIPTION


The government authority located in Carson, Nevada is seeking a vendor to provide international representation agency services in Canada. The agency will act as the authority's in-market presence, offering market intelligence and insights by monitoring Canadian travel trends, demands, sentiment, and booking behaviors. Additional responsibilities include tracking aviation access, policy changes, currency impacts, and activities of competing destinations.

The selected vendor will develop and execute a trade strategy, supporting Brand USA, Visit USA, and U.S. Commercial Service programs. They will educate and engage the Canadian travel trade industry, including travel agents, tour operators, online travel agencies, receptive operators, and airline partners. The agency will also design and implement integrated public relations, earned media, and paid media programs, maintain relationships with consumer, trade, and lifestyle media, provide ongoing pitching and media outreach, and plan and host media familiarization tours and press trips.

The contract period will be two years, and all questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by March 12, 2026.
