DESCRIPTION


This RFP seeks a vendor to provide Camunda enterprise software licensing, maintenance, and support services. The chosen vendor must supply Camunda enterprise edition software licenses adequate for the agency's production, staging, and development environments.

The vendor will be responsible for providing ongoing software maintenance, including access to all new versions, releases, security patches, and updates to ensure the Camunda platform remains secure and current.

Technical support is required at the enterprise level, with access to Camunda subject matter experts for troubleshooting, configuration, and guidance on best practices.
