Campus-Wide Customer Relationship Management System

The State of Utah is seeking a scalable and comprehensive campus-wide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to enhance student recruitment, retention, alumni relations, and data integration. The CRM solution must support the full student lifecycle, from prospective students to alumni, and align with strategic initiatives aimed at fostering engagement and data-driven decision-making across the institution.

Key requirements include robust functionality for student recruitment and admissions, with versions adaptable for student retention efforts and alumni relations. The system should automate communication workflows through printed mail (such as acceptance letters), email, SMS, branding campaigns, and potentially social media outreach. It must deliver powerful lifecycle management tools, enable seamless integration with existing systems such as Canvas/LMS, Banner (SIS/ERP), advising platforms, and in-house data warehouses, and provide advisors with automated reporting to support student success.

Additional features should include self-service alumni portals for information updates and engagement, tools for managing alumni databases and event scheduling, and comprehensive application management capabilities. The solution must offer cloud-based deployment, ensure scalability to accommodate a large and diverse student body, and facilitate easy integration with the existing institutional infrastructure. This contract is proposed for a period of three years.
