DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide and implement a hosted campus virtual tour software platform designed to deliver an immersive digital experience for prospective students and visitors. The platform must feature an interactive virtual campus tour utilizing photography, immersive 360-degree imagery, video, audio, and related media. It is required to support at least twenty virtual tour destinations across the campus and allow multiple interactive media elements—such as embedded videos, audio, and text—per destination within the immersive environment.
The platform should offer audio script support with selectable voices or speakers, as well as multilingual capabilities including, but not limited to, English, Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic, and Vietnamese. Additional languages may also be required. An optional audio guide and customizable calls to action for collecting student inquiries should be included.
The vendor will also provide content capture and production services to develop the virtual tour. Additionally, hosting, storage, and ongoing access to the tour must be included, along with analytics and reporting tools to assess engagement and effectiveness of the virtual tour.
