DESCRIPTION


This opportunity seeks a vendor to manage campus sponsorships, digital advertising, and athletics multimedia rights for a major Texas university. The scope includes overseeing a campus digital advertising program that covers non-athletics digital assets such as digital signage, guest Wi-Fi and 5G networks, and other approved digital platforms.

The selected vendor will assume exclusive responsibility for the Intercollegiate Athletics Multimedia Rights (MMR) Program, managing sponsorship, advertising, and multimedia rights for Tarleton Athletics and Rodeo. Duties include comprehensive management and monetization of various multimedia assets—encompassing television, radio, digital signage, hospitality, special events, fan engagement zones, social media, venue promotions, publications, and game day programs—while ensuring adherence to university policies and industry best practices.

Additionally, the role involves managing retained media and digital rights for institutional and non-athletics websites, academic and research-focused digital assets, educational programming, livestreams, and internal communications systems. Collaboration with university leadership is required to successfully execute both the digital advertising and exclusive athletics MMR programs.

The contract will run for a period of five years.
