Indiana University
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The government authority in Bloomington, Indiana seeks a vendor to perform a complete lifecycle replacement of its campus network edge infrastructure. The project includes replacing edge switching, wireless access points, and network access control components that support mission-critical daily operations.
Vendors must provide 24/7/365 support availability for critical issues impacting network operations, as well as both online and phone-based mechanisms for initiating support cases. The scope also requires access to software upgrades, the manufacturer’s knowledge base, and migration automation tools to facilitate configuration conversion from the existing infrastructure to the new platform.
Proposed solutions should include integration and tooling capabilities to share network client observability and metrics with university client support teams and ecosystems. Additionally, AI/ML-powered predictive analytics and capacity planning tools that extend beyond standard monitoring are required, enabling proactive identification and resolution of potential service issues.
