Seeking a vendor for the materials and installation of a graphics package at six Texas campus locations.

Submit a completed pricing sheet with itemized pricing per campus.
Submit a proposed project schedule for submittal review, procurement, and installation.
Provide unit pricing for all signage items.
Verify all measurements prior to fabrication and production.
Provide material samples prior to full production.
Be responsible for all wall repairs and repainting.
Provide puck magnets for classroom signs.
Perform all work after 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and not during school hours or weekends.
Acknowledge full understanding and adherence to required provisions.
Assume full responsibility for due diligence.
Establish and maintain a dust mitigation program.
Manage trash collection and removal from the building site.
Ensure employees remain within designated work areas and do not use campus facilities without approval.
Provide all necessary labor, management, supervision, administrative services, tools, and equipment.
Secure all lifts, scaffolding, or ladders at the end of each workday.
Ensure project completion includes final review and a written 'Project completed with no punch/housekeeping items outstanding' letter.
Report any issues affecting production immediately.
Possess administrative and fiscal capability.
Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, and orders.
Be adequately insured and bonded.
Employ qualified personnel with adequate training and experience.
Be an experienced prime contractor on similar projects for schools/governmental entities.
Provide a minimum one-year parts and labor warranty.
Possess or obtain adequate financial resources.
Maintain a responsible safety record, including OSHA inspection logs, loss analysis, and loss history for the last three years.
Be able to obtain payment and performance bonds and include their cost in the schedule of values.
Comply with prevailing wage rate requirements.
Obtain all required permits and include their costs in the schedule of values.
Submit all required proposal forms and attachments, including Vendor Information Package, Certification of Proposer, Proposer Questionnaire, Price Form, Non-Collusion Statement, Antitrust Certification, SB 9 Contractor Certifications, and Acknowledgement of Final Completion Documents.
Be registered and in good standing to do business in the State of Texas.
Provide a certificate of coverage for all persons providing services on the project.
