A government authority located in Gardner, Massachusetts, is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive campus climate assessment services. The selected contractor will collaborate with the campus community to design, administer, analyze, and report on a climate assessment focused on students, faculty, and staff. Key responsibilities include engaging stakeholders in both the instrument design and survey administration phases, ensuring active participation throughout the process.

The contractor will develop customized survey instruments tailored to the institution's needs, supporting both cross-population analysis and reflecting the unique experiences of students, faculty, and staff. Administration of the survey and complete data collection management are required, along with thorough quantitative and qualitative analysis using an equity framework.

The contractor will prepare an in-depth report and deliver findings through both written documentation and oral briefings to institutional leadership and the campus community. Additionally, the vendor will create a data visualization dashboard to facilitate ongoing institutional analysis and will provide facilitation and consulting support to translate survey findings into strategic priorities and actions.
