Ontario is seeking a consultant with expertise in campaign strategy and fundraising capacity building to design and support an enhanced, multi-stream fundraising campaign. The selected consultant will be responsible for developing a comprehensive fundraising model to help achieve the organization’s strategic funding goals.
Key responsibilities include conducting a feasibility study to assess existing fundraising capacity and validate campaign goals, as well as creating a clear, prioritized prospect pipeline and recommended gift charts. The consultant will also devise strategies for identifying and qualifying new high-potential individual and corporate prospects. Additional deliverables include a blueprint for recruiting, training, and managing a high-impact Campaign Cabinet or Volunteer Committee.
The consultant will produce a detailed, visually compelling Case for Support targeting multiple audiences, and develop a stewardship matrix and annual plan for donor engagement activities based on donor levels, fund streams, and affinities. Further, the engagement includes providing clear documentation of recommended processes, CRM use, and staff or volunteer roles essential to effectively execute the campaign strategy and multi-stream fundraising model.
