DESCRIPTION


The vendor will conduct an independent feasibility study to assess the institution's readiness for a potential comprehensive fundraising campaign. This service will involve examining institutional preparedness by reviewing priorities, campaign themes, and the preliminary case for support.

The assessment will identify existing strengths, potential gaps, risks, and opportunities, as well as evaluate readiness indicators and risk factors related to the campaign. The study will also address the viability of campaign goals, alignment with donors, and the need for internal capacity building. The vendor will review existing strategic plans, advancement plans, and fundraising history to inform their evaluation.

Vendors are required to submit any questions regarding the RFP by March 20, 2026.
