DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide comprehensive campaign marketing and advertising services, including the development of a statewide Traffic Safety public awareness campaign funded by both state and federal sources. The campaign, operating under the Smart campaign umbrella, will address multiple traffic safety driving behaviors, with special focus on General Topics, Pedestrian Safety, Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety State Laws, and Speed.

Responsibilities include devising strategies for public outreach using social media tools, networks, and online communities to effectively deliver campaign messages. The vendor will also design and develop programs related to data collection and polling, oversee media relations, and conduct public outreach.

Creative tasks will entail the production of artwork, mechanicals, storyboards, and layouts; vendors will need to manage collateral materials, scripting, and edit publications to suit campaign objectives. Marketing strategies will be developed and refined for each project or campaign, ensuring targeted messaging and engagement.

Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by May 1, 2026, and a pre-bid meeting will take place on April 28, 2026.
