The organization is seeking experienced marketing and communications consultants to lead and manage a comprehensive public awareness and behavior change campaign. The initiative aims to encourage the use of contactless credit and debit cards, as well as reloadable transit and parking payment cards for bus fare transactions, supporting the phased removal of cash and traditional bus pass payment options.
Key responsibilities include the development of a strategic communication plan, crafting clear, inclusive, and multilingual messaging tailored to diverse audiences such as seniors, industry-specific groups, transit-dependent and choice riders, and non-English speakers. The consultant will oversee the creation of campaign branding, visuals, taglines, and collateral materials, including car cards, rack cards, bus boards, flyers, social media graphics, videos, infographics, and FAQs.
Additionally, the consultant will design and execute a PR strategy incorporating press releases and media briefings. There will be active management and implementation of the campaign rollout across multiple platforms, including bus advertising, local TV, radio, newspapers and print media, social media, and web presence.
