The Indiana state agency is seeking a software solution designed to manage campaign finance reporting as well as archived election results. The proposed system will support use by agency staff, campaign committees, and the general public to enable efficient retrieval and submission of data related to campaign finance records and past election outcomes.
Key functionality for archived election results includes the ability to download data in multiple formats, support for uploading ES&S ElectionWare-generated files, advanced search capabilities by election, candidate, year, party, voting district, and precinct, as well as mapping features for visual representation. Download options should reflect applied filters for precise data extraction.
For campaign finance, the software must capture all required and optional data from relevant forms, enable the digital creation and submission of Indiana campaign finance forms to the election board, and accurately log each report’s submission date and time. The contract for this project will be for one year, with a pre-bid meeting scheduled for November 24, 2025, and a deadline for submission of vendor questions by December 1, 2025.
