A solution is sought to optimize caller name display, enhance brand protection, and manage verified business phone numbers across telecom providers in Texas. The required Caller Name Optimization (CNO) solution will enable enterprises to monitor the use of their brand throughout the telecommunications ecosystem, helping to safeguard reputation and facilitate trusted calling experiences for customers.

Key responsibilities include mitigating issues such as spam mislabeling and call blocking, as well as designating and registering verified business numbers for outbound communications across multiple telecom networks. The solution must provide capabilities to monitor calling reputation, issue alerts for unusual activity, and incorporate Do-Not-Originate (DNO) features to prevent spoofing by assigning verified inbound-only business numbers as needed.

Additionally, the vendor will be responsible for caller name management, including registering the business name used for caller ID display on landline services across at least 850 service providers. The displayed caller name must adhere to standardized formats, supporting up to a fifteen-character name.
