The U.S. Army is seeking input from commercial software providers to enhance its enterprise capabilities. The objective is to identify and engage additional commercial companies that can support the Army through cost-effective and efficient enterprise contract solutions. By utilizing a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) enterprise contract, the Army aims to streamline procurement, reduce administrative and operational costs, eliminate redundancies, and maximize value for both the government and taxpayers.
Providers are invited to share details about their existing government contract relationships, including all relevant contract or agreement numbers. This initiative supports robust competition, encourages innovation, and ensures effective strategic sourcing by allowing the Army to purchase software in volume, avoid unnecessary capacity, and accelerate delivery to end users. Interested companies should submit their responses—including company details and points of contact—by January 23, 2026.
It should be noted that this request for information (RFI) is for planning and informational purposes only.
