Call Manager Upgrade Service

A county in Florida is seeking a qualified contractor to provide upgrade and support services for its Cisco Unified Communications Manager and associated systems. The selected contractor will be responsible for comprehensive planning and design services to ensure a secure and low-risk upgrade of the Unified Communications environment.

Key tasks include validating the current-state architecture, confirming all functional and technical requirements, and identifying critical risks, dependencies, and constraints. The upgrade scope encompasses call control, messaging, presence, contact center, gateways, integrations, directory services, certificate dependencies, licensing, firmware, and version compatibility. The contractor will be expected to develop a robust target-state system design, detailed migration plan, maintenance and outage schedule, and a structured cutover and rollback plan with clear go/no-go criteria.

Execution of the upgrade must align with approved plans, change-management policies, and industry best practices. The contractor is also responsible for thorough testing and validation to confirm operational readiness before project closeout and system transition to agency operations.
