DESCRIPTION


A school district in Mississippi is seeking a qualified vendor to provide cafeteria plan administration and third-party administrative services. The scope includes consulting, enrollment, and third-party administrative (TPA) services for the district’s employee Cafeteria Plan compliant with IRC Section 125, support for employee voluntary benefit programs, and administration for the district's 403(b) and 457 deferred compensation plans.

The selected provider will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and administering the Section 125 plan(s), including overseeing medical and dependent care FSAs. Services must encompass enrollment support across all District sites, processing of claims (either directly or via disclosed subcontractors), and maintaining required plan documentation. Additional responsibilities include customer support for claim resolution, consolidated billing, monthly reconciliation for payroll contributions, and administration of existing and new voluntary benefit programs. The vendor must deliver consolidated monthly billing, manage disbursements, and provide reconciliation services and monthly reports identifying errors, concerns, adjustments, and reimbursements.

A virtual pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 15, 2026, and questions must be submitted by April 17, 2026. The contract will span a period of three years.
