Proposed and delivered products must be new, unused, in current production, and in first-class condition
Contractor must replace defective, expired, or spoiled products
Deliveries must be clearly marked with the purchase order number and accompanied by a packing slip
All items must be properly labeled with brand name, package quantity, lot number, and identifying information
Nutrition labels must be included with all product shipments
All items must be packaged and labeled in accordance with USDA, FDA, and USDC standards
Comply with TDCJ delivery rules and policies
Pallet deliveries must meet specified dimensions and packaging requirements
Delivery must occur within 30 days after receipt of order (ARO)
Provide one email address for receipt of purchase orders
Acknowledge each Solicitation addendum by returning a signed copy
Submit electronic response to [email protected] with correct subject line
Submit electronic price sheet in original .xml or .xlsx format
Submit documents with signatures as .pdf files
Do not use encrypted documents or external links without prior approval
If submitting hard copy, one original signed paper copy is required, but price sheet must still be electronic
Disclose interested parties via TEC Form 1295 if applicable
Certify child support obligation compliance
Affirm no dealings with public servants
Certify no prohibited financial participation
Certify no former CPA employees within 12 months prior to contract execution
