DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide comprehensive CAD inspection services to verify that utility assets have been maintained in compliance with established Wildfire Mitigation Plans (WMPs) for non-vegetation related initiatives. The scope includes inspecting utility assets, reporting to Energy Safety and utility companies on general or specific safety concerns, and offering guidance to staff by planning, organizing, reviewing, monitoring, training, and providing general direction.
Vendors are required to furnish daily inspection report forms using the established Sri GIS format and follow the procedures for timely report submittal within 24 hours after inspection completion. They must also provide enhanced inspection data and worker safety monitor reports of fieldwork details on a quarterly basis, in formats specified by the project manager. The contract for these services is set for a one-year period.
