DESCRIPTION
A government authority in Oshkosh, Wisconsin is seeking vendors to provide cabinet and countertop construction services for restroom renovations. The scope includes the installation of new cabinets, cabinetry trim, and hardware for the Men's Restroom (three vanities) and the Community Restroom (one vanity).
Required cabinets are of the 1951 (formerly Timberlake) brand and must be KCMA certified, Premium series, featuring the Lubbock door style (slab door, full overlay, slab drawer fronts) and maple species/finish. All door hinges should be fully concealed with cushion-close mechanisms. Drawer boxes must be dovetailed with side-mounted, cushion-close glides, and box construction requires 1/2” thick side panel plywood. Hardware includes BP53702 satin nickel curved pulls, and both delivery and kickplates are to be included.
Bidders must submit a picture, floor plan or drawing with measurements of the proposed cabinet layouts. The contract term will be for one year, and all questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by May 15, 2026.
