An organization in British Columbia is seeking a vendor to provide business transformation strategic roadmap services for Phase 3 of a transformation program. The selected vendor will be responsible for developing a comprehensive, end-to-end plan that ensures the alignment of people, processes, and technology throughout this phase.
Responsibilities include conducting in-depth workshops to evaluate the current and desired future state, mapping end-to-end permissions and assessment journeys across multiple technologies, and designing an integrated master roadmap. Additional tasks involve strengthening governance practices, supporting cross-technology alignment, and establishing unified decision-making criteria and sequencing. The vendor will also assess business objectives and success measures, evaluate existing governance structures, and identify any ownership gaps or misalignments.
The deliverables encompass a cross-technology interdependency map, a KPI framework with safety and risk indicators, and a summary of client impact to facilitate coordinated communication, testing, and change management support.
