DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Pennsylvania seeks vendors to deliver a Business Professional Services Program focused on supporting growth strategies for low- and moderate-income neighborhood businesses. The initiative involves building a network of qualified service providers to offer itemized services, such as marketing, legal assistance, web development, e-commerce, product commercialization, customer experience, merchandising, business valuation, ServSafe and food business certifications, and industry-specific consulting.

Selected providers will be responsible for conducting pre-service assessments, performing gap analyses, reporting progress on performance indicators, analyzing business challenges, and triaging solutions. The program aims to expand access to expertise for micro-enterprises, helping them increase revenues, improve operations, and boost their market presence.

Vendors must demonstrate experience working with low- to moderate-income businesses, performing needs assessments, and supporting business owners in one or more of the service areas listed. The ability to deliver measurable improvements and maintain regular reporting on results is required.
