The selected provider will be responsible for creating an implementation-ready business plan that advances both the creative economy and destination marketing while promoting financial sustainability.
Key objectives include supporting organizational capacity development, facilitating regional creative economy and destination development initiatives, and offering in-depth analysis and actionable recommendations. The engagement covers strategies for events, rentals, facility use, retail and artisan gallery operations, as well as growth plans for destination marketing organizations. Additionally, the vendor must ensure alignment with federal funding requirements and regional economic development priorities. The scope also encompasses developing marketing and communications strategies, and establishing robust business models to ensure long-term financial health.
