The client seeks a vendor to provide access to a comprehensive business intelligence platform. This platform should support the collection, research, and validation of corporate and partnership tax return data. Key functionality requirements include the ability to research corporate financial data, such as revenues, assets, and ownership hierarchies, and to cross-reference publicly filed business information in order to ensure accuracy and consistency of corporate tax return statistics.

The platform must deliver structured, multi-tier ownership hierarchies that identify parent-subsidiary relationships, ultimate parent entities, affiliated linkages, and both domestic and global ownership structures. Additionally, it should flag corporate structural events like mergers and acquisitions, consolidations, reorganizations, spin-offs, divestitures, bankruptcy restructurings, and successor/predecessor relationships. Data should be provided in machine-readable formats, supporting AI-assisted validation, automated anomaly detection, cross-entity matching, and pattern recognition related to structural changes.
