The organization seeks a vendor to provide business growth and partnerships development services. The head of business growth & partnerships development will play a crucial role in supporting pipeline growth and reporting needs, representing the organization to external stakeholders such as clients, donors, and partners, and enhancing business development tools, processes, and capabilities to strengthen long-term competitiveness.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing initiatives that foster open communication and collaboration, and serving as a strategic advisor to the Global Director of Business Development by delivering data-driven insights, risk assessments, and recommendations related to growth, pipeline health, and resource allocation. The selected vendor will also champion the use and improvement of business development tools, templates, trackers, and knowledge management systems, as well as provide strategic oversight of the opportunity pipeline with tasks like prioritization, bid/no-bid decisions, and ensuring alignment with the organization's growth objectives.
Additionally, the vendor will work to develop and expand international, regional, and local teaming relationships with current and potential partners, contributing to the continuous improvement of business development practices across the organization.
