DESCRIPTION
The State of North Carolina is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive business continuity management (BCM) and emergency notification system. The solution should support all phases of the BCM life cycle, including planning and execution, and must seamlessly integrate with an emergency notification service. The selected vendor will also deliver customized on-site training to ensure effective system adoption.
The proposed system should be capable of interoperating with other solutions, demonstrating compatibility through supported standards, integration platforms, adaptors, and APIs. Responsive design and full compatibility with commonly used web browsers are essential requirements. The initial contract term is three years.
