DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Phoenix, Arizona, seeks a vendor to provide business card printing services. The vendor will fulfill individual orders for business cards in quantities of 250, 500, or 1,000 per order. Cards should measure 3–1/2 inches by 2 inches and be printed on 110-pound Classic Crest Solar White Smooth or a comparable white cover stock. Printing must be full color (CMYK) on a single side only.

Vendors are also required to supply either a fillable business card template or an online link to such a template, which will be used to customize standard business card fields. Finished cards must be packaged securely in sturdy boxes corresponding to order quantities, with one card affixed to the exterior of each box for identification. The scope includes graphic design and artwork services. Vendors are expected to submit any questions regarding the RFP by April 2, 2026.
