The organization seeks a public relations agency to deliver a comprehensive suite of services, including public relations, creative strategy, and advertising. The selected vendor will be responsible for developing and enhancing both public relations initiatives and creative strategies, while also managing event planning, logistics, and production for in-person and virtual events.
Key responsibilities include fostering strategic promotional partnerships with vertical sector-oriented media and economic development reporters, and maintaining an extensive social media calendar to ensure timely content publication across all channels. The agency will also provide copywriting and editing for diverse marketing materials such as website content, sales brochures, signage, flyers, case studies, social media posts, newsletters, and annual reports.
The partner will develop and disseminate media materials—press releases, background documents, story pitches, key messages, and speeches—and offer research and analytics on best practices and story trends in media outreach and event production. Strategic planning, creative story development, identification of new partnership opportunities, and coordination/execution of media events are integral to the services required. The scope also includes content creation and management for multiple distribution channels, social media strategy development and execution, and the implementation of analytics and social listening tools (including platforms such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, or native insights) to monitor campaign performance and public sentiment.
