DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Pueblo, Colorado seeks a vendor to prepare an updated Business and Operations Plan (BOP) encompassing the revision of the financial Pro Forma and amendment of the Economic Development Conveyance (EDC). The engagement entails amending the current EDC by revising property narratives, updating economic impact analyses, and developing strategic pathways in alignment with redevelopment goals.

Key responsibilities include analyzing current market, economic, demographic, and industry conditions to inform redevelopment potential, refining development programs, utility sequencing, district strategies, and establishing both near- and long-term project phasing.
