A service provider is sought to deliver confidential business advising services to Oregon’s for-profit businesses and aspiring owners. These services may be provided in person or via Zoom and will be tailored to the specific needs of individual clients.
The scope includes guidance on business formation and structure, business plan development, and pre-venture feasibility for startups. Additional support will be offered in operations and financial management—including bookkeeping, budgeting, tax planning, and cash flow—as well as marketing, sales strategies, and human resource management. Vendors will assist clients in accessing capital and funding opportunities, commercializing products, and protecting intellectual property.
Further areas covered include the integration of artificial intelligence into business operations, implementing cybersecurity best practices, business transition planning, succession, resilience, and recovery. Strategic planning and support for sustained business growth are also core elements of the advising services to be delivered.
