An agency is seeking a vendor to deliver business administrative support and stakeholder engagement services. The selected provider will engage an individual who will assist in developing and improving the agency's business model, and support both the Secretary and an Expert in refining the business strategy and service offerings, particularly during the Dubai Cycle.
Responsibilities include organizing agency events and facilitating member participation at international events, both on-site and remotely. The individual will also provide logistical and strategic support to agency leadership at events that aim to expand agency membership or where members are in attendance. Additionally, support is required for organizing Thematic Chapters and facilitating matchmaking activities within the agency. The contract will be for a period of one year.
