A public agency in Oklahoma is seeking a vendor to manufacture and supply 1,500 bus stop signs as an initial order. The signs must meet rigorous durability and visibility standards suitable for public transit applications, with a possibility for future reorders requiring vendors to offer a minimum reorder quantity option.
Signs are specified to be constructed from aluminum of 8mm thickness, with dimensions of 5" x 12" for stop ID and route number, and 12" x 20" for the agency logo. The signs will be rectangular, printed with high-contrast graphics and finished with high tac UV lamination for weather resistance. Pre-drilled holes for flag style mounting are required, as well as customization featuring the agency logo, route information, and all relevant text. Vendors are expected to ensure timely delivery according to the mutually agreed schedule.
