DESCRIPTION
The City is seeking a vendor to manage and conduct bus advertising sales services. The vendor will be responsible for selling advertisements on both the exterior and interior of the City's buses, collecting and retaining revenue generated from all third-party advertising, and making monthly payments to the City for an agreed-upon share of the advertising revenue.
Key responsibilities include setting advertising rates, executing ad contracts, maintaining comprehensive recordkeeping, and ensuring a seamless transition for existing advertisers. The scope also includes the design, creation, installation, maintenance, and removal of bus advertisement signs. The vendor must comply with all applicable governmental regulations, actively pursue marketing and new sales initiatives, efficiently utilize unused advertising space, and manage the process for contract termination or expiration.
An optional pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 7, 2026, and all questions related to the RFP must be submitted by April 10, 2026.
