DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Birmingham, Alabama is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive bulk printing and automated mail services. This includes high-volume document printing, automated mail preparation, and address standardization using Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) certification. The selected vendor will be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of all notices and bills to both individuals and groups.
Services must cover cost-effective mailing operations, reporting capabilities with visibility on turn-around time and returned mail, as well as CASS certification processes, mail sorting, and secure printing, cutting, and mailing workflows.
