DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Birmingham, Alabama is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive bulk printing and automated mail services. This includes high-volume document printing, automated mail preparation, and address standardization using Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) certification. The selected vendor will be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of all notices and bills to both individuals and groups.
