DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Beach, Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive bulk mailing services. The scope of work includes postage application, delivery of bulk mail, presort handling, First Class, Priority Mail, certified mail, and packages. Services also entail the insertion and folding of materials, folding, sealing, metering, and inserting notices and return envelopes in accordance with current USPS guidelines.

The selected vendor must supply all necessary outgoing mail trays, tubs, and bags and maintain a system that tracks postal rates for each department. Accurate invoicing must be provided, including piece counts and associated postage costs. Vendors are expected to postmark daily mail on the same day, or by the next business day without additional charges.
