This RFP seeks a vendor to provide bulk mail, postage metering, and pre-sorting mail services for a government authority in Lexington, Kentucky. Duties include picking up printed mail pieces, labeling them as needed using self-adhesive, cheshire labels, or ink jet addresses from computer files, and sorting and sacking mail according to United States Postal Service standards.
The selected vendor will deliver prepared mailings to the designated agency acceptance office with all required documentation and return any excess printed materials along with copies of necessary forms. The contract period is for one year.
