This RFP seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive bulk fluid management system to support the Victoria conventional transit system in British Columbia. The selected solution should serve as a replicable model for future facilities and construction projects, creating a unified and standardized approach to fuel management across the organization.
The system must include an ERP component for accurate inventory management and tracking of bulk fluid consumption, applicable to both conventional and battery electric vehicles. It must ensure reliable, timely, and accurate data exchange between systems, with all transaction information seamlessly captured and transferred. Additionally, the vendor should integrate a compliance validation framework with the maintenance system, strengthen data reliability, and deploy robust monitoring and performance tools.
Enhanced data validation and error-handling within maintenance planning systems are required, as well as real-time reporting features on dispensing and fluid consumption. The contract offered will be for a period of five years.
