DESCRIPTION

A vendor is sought to design and implement analytics for a building management system in Michigan. The project will begin with an assessment and planning phase, ensuring the smart platform design encompasses analytics tools capable of collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to enhance decision-making and provide actionable intelligence.

The designed system is expected to support a range of critical functions, accommodating diverse building agency infrastructures and varying stages of building control systems. Key capabilities include real-time performance tracking across all systems to monitor energy consumption and equipment performance, automated alerts for atypical consumption patterns and other defined parameters, and advanced automated fault detection for rapid issue identification and resolution.

Additionally, the system should optimize operations based on actual occupancy for improved efficiency, anticipate maintenance needs using historical data and sensor readings, and provide a user-friendly interface enabling creation of custom dashboards with centralized data. The vendor will also provide field verification documentary reports for current and future building alarm inventories. The contract will be for a period of one year, with opportunities for pre-bid interaction and question submission.
