The procuring entity is seeking a vendor to provide services related to a building management control system in Alberta, Canada. The scope includes a comprehensive verification and maintenance program designed to ensure system accuracy, reliability, and performance.
Required services include full point-to-point verification of all system inputs and outputs, installation of Reliable Controls RC-WebView software, controller network and wiring verification, documented reporting, testing of network functionality and software updates, sequence testing for heating and cooling systems, and air handling unit sensor verification. The selected vendor will also be expected to report on and address operator issues and concerns.
