DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks a vendor to provide building automation system (BAS) integration software designed to support controllers efficiently. The desired solution should employ a block–logic (wire sheet) programming methodology, which must operate without the need for any additional software tools or licensing.

The selected BAS hardware and software must not require secondary or third-party proprietary programming software tools for support. All programming, modification, and operation tasks should be executable using the native system, leveraging block–logic programming, thereby eliminating extra dependencies.
