A building automation system (BAS) optimization service is being sought in British Columbia. The selected vendor will be responsible for implementing consultant-recommended energy conservation measures (ECMs) and BAS optimization strategies to enhance building performance and reduce overall energy consumption.
The scope includes providing all necessary hardware, installation, programming, and commissioning services to optimize the BAS portfolio. The vendor is expected to deliver sequence narratives, logic diagrams, and graphics templates to help standardize future operations. Tasks also involve implementing and tuning trim-and-respond logic for heating, cooling, ventilation, and supply air pressure, as well as BAS graphics and dashboard redevelopment, migration, and campus-wide control sequence library development. Additional responsibilities include supporting mechanical upgrades or capital projects, enhancing trending, reporting, and dashboard configuration, and optimizing network performance. The agreement is set for a period of three years.
